Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a more than comfortable stay for up to 5 people with a stunning view of Boston, conveniently located near MBTA Green Line. The rooms have a good-sized fridge, making it easy to store snacks and drinks throughout the day.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were adequate in size for a family, there were some cleanliness issues like food from previous guests in the fridge. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful, but there was a misunderstanding about additional charges for amenities. The location was ideal for exploring Boston with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was lacking in some aspects, mainly due to limited food choices and service timing issues.
The hotel is a great choice for a stay in Boston. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy sofa sectional by the window, a king-sized bed, and a very large bathroom. However, the parking fees can be misleading. The service is top-notch, from Yves Belony and the banquet crew to the concierge team who are all very courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation, perfect for exploring the city. The dining options are varied and reasonably priced, providing a nice start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern decor that made for an awesome experience. The service was amazing, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the dining options left a bit to be desired. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were equipped with plenty of USB ports and wireless chargers, but there was a musty smell. The staff at the front desk promptly addressed issues. However, room service was slow to respond and the size of the room didn't meet expectations.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't prepared as expected, but the stunning view of Boston made up for it, allowing us to witness fireworks right from our window. The service was exceptional, with helpful recommendations and friendly staff. The location was excellent, steps from major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall satisfactory. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and enhanced our stay.
During my stay at the hotel, I found the location to be excellent, situated in the desirable Back Bay neighborhood with easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating, although some others seemed distant after the weekend. The dining experience was superb, especially in the 5th-floor lounge for select Westin membership levels, although the menu in the concierge lounge was somewhat limited. The rooms were spacious, fully equipped, and came quickly through SPG, but the hotel lacked certain services. Overall, the hotel provided a convenient and pleasing experience for my needs.
